Who Is The Healer? - Jan '09

We have made it through some challenging times and the light will begin to shine more and more in each coming day. Please remember that whatever you are currently experiencing is only an indication of past thoughts, feelings and emotions made physical. In the same way as you have made your way to this point in time and all that is unfolding around you, you can write a new story that will manifest into the “now” that will unfold around you.

You have the ability to write a story about yourself and your life that will keep you in basically the same place or move you higher or lower depending on how you choose to write it.

I recommend writing a new story for this New Year filled with all the love, joy and wonder you can possibly imagine!

How you talk and interact with people day to day, how you think and feel and what you choose to focus on and pay attention to is how you write your story.

If you are wanting and desiring some change, tell a new story! Feel this new story as if it were really here and now! Really enjoy how it feels to have all the love in your life you desire even if it is not physically apparent to you right now. Feel how it would feel to have all the money you desire to do all the things you would like to do even if it is not currently in your bank account. Feel how great it feels to have people surrounding you who love and support you in everything you do and all the choices you make even if this is not currently the case. Imagine you are doing exactly the job that is most fulfilling to you and working with others who are supportive and enthusiastic as you are, even if this is not currently happening for you right now. Imagine you feel exuberantly alive, vital, full of energy, optimism, hope and see your life as a marvelous adventure that you are the shinning star of.

When people ask you how you are doing and what is happening in your life tell them of your new story and how wonderful it is. Your job is to believe “it” before you see “it”! When you really do this the Universe moves to make your story “real” and brings about all the things necessary for the story to physically manifest. You absolutely can do this and you have all the skills and tools necessary to do this. You do your job and let the Universe worry about how it will deliver and manifest your story into physical “reality”.

I received the questions below from a very dear client and I thought the answers might be something valuable for you to consider as you start the New Year.
  • What is health?
  • What is a healing?
  • Who is the real healer?
I would define “health” as: The bodies natural state of being in alignment with all dimensions of its physical and non-physical energy systems. The state of being vibrantly alive, loving, joyful, being at ease with the unknown, loving and feeling the love of others. Being at ease with living in the physical world and participating in this Earthly dance.

Healing is the natural response of our bodies to injury, stress and anything that might bring us out of our natural state of health, well-being and balance. Others can assist us to regain our balance and health, like when we offer a hand to a person who has fallen down to help them up. Sometimes offering too much help deprives an individual of doing what is necessary for them to gain the strength, skills and abilities to take care of themselves and this leads to a dependency on the helper to do the “work” for the other person. Sometimes people who call themselves “healers” really are disempowering to others and seek out people who they can “heal”, “fix” and “save” to justify their need to be of service to others.

When we hold people as the true Multi-dimensional Masters that they truly are we realize there is no need to heal, fix or save anyone else. I believe the “real” healer is the individual himself or herself and that a person who can help others to find their own power, alignment and the doorway to discovering how to find their own alignment, balance, healing and health is the real “healer”. The real “healer” stands in their own power and shows the way through the example of their own lives and gently assists others into discovering the Master that they truly are. The person who is a real “healer” holds and energy of balance, health and alignment and radiates love, compassion and caring that is automatically “felt” by those around them that this person is best able to assist them. A real “healer” is a person who can best assist others in regaining their health, alignment and balance through their actively radiating love, their competence in being able to help those around them to shift into a higher vibration through various techniques they may have learned and often just by their high radiating vibration that invites others to raise their own vibration to a higher level. A true “healer” views each person as a Multi-dimensional Master who intuitively know what is best for themselves and is able to assist others to discover the pathway that allows them to re-balance, align and bring themselves into a higher state of vibration thus allowing their natural processes of health and healing to do the necessary adjustments in their energy fields.

We are the real “healer” for ourselves. Others may assist us to find the pathway to our own health. Like when we are lost sometimes asking directions from another helps us find the right direction to go on again. We still are the ones who must make the decision to follow the correct pathway or go through the doorway that leads us to where we desire to go. Others also can give us directions that led us away from where we really want to go and if we trust them and follow their advice or guidance we can find ourselves farther away from our desired destination. So, we can only really bring ourselves into health and we are the ones who allow healing to take place.

One more thought for the New Year that I would like to share with you:

True love is very clear and makes no mandates of another. Love always wishes what is best for others. Love knows that taking care of oneself first, then gives the ability to love. Loving and honoring oneself first and foremost is the foundation that allows us to be of any service to others at all.

In Light, Love & Service,
Adama
